What really is Spinal Decompression?

Non-surgical spinal decompression is a gentle, motorized stretching of the spine that acts like a vacuum for your back. By slowly pulling the vertebrae apart, it creates negative pressure inside the spinal discs, which helps "suck" bulging or herniated material back into place and takes the pressure off pinched nerves. This process also allows oxygen and nutrients to flow back into the discs to help them heal naturally, providing a non-invasive way to find relief from chronic pain without the need for needles or surgery.
