About Us
Dr. Shane MacPhee graduated with his Bachelors from Grand Valley State University and then went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at National University of Health Sciences. Dr. MacPhee likes to blend traditional chiropractic adjustments, with muscle work and exercise to get the best results. He focuses on functional movement in order to help his patients live pain free and to help his patients reach their personal health goals.
Dr. MacPhee has a particular interest in treating sports injuries, low back pain, and migraines. He utilizes many different techniques including, but not limited to: Chiropractic adjustments, active soft tissue release, therapeutic exercise, Rock-Tape (PMT certified), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Flexion Distraction, and traction.
When he’s not treating patients, Dr. MacPhee enjoys spending time boating on Lake St. Clair, hiking and weightlifting. His toddler, dog and wife also keep him active!

Dr. Meghan Murphy
Dr. Meghan Murphy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and sports psychology from Oakland University and went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine, Miami Florida. Dr. Murphy holds a certification in Women’s Health Physical Therapy, while also specializing in sports injuries and orthopedics. Dr. Murphy has dedicated herself to the science of Women's Health, and treatment of pelvic floor disorders; finding physical therapy treatment in this area to be incredibly effective and life changing. She believes strongly in evidence based treatment and providing excellent, patient-centric care.
When not treating patients, you can find Dr. Murphy spending time with friends and family, traveling, or going on adventures with her pets! She is an expert in the field of exercise and is passionate about spreading knowledge to her patients so they are able to find simple ways to incorporate movement into their daily activities.

Dr. Jim Harsen graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University. Dr. Jim is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has a particular interest in sports medicine, orthopedic injuries, and sports performance.
Dr. Jim’s treatment philosophy is to reduce pain and improve movement dysfunction to help his clients reach their goals. He utilizes a variety of treatment techniques including corrective exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, and IASTM.
Outside the office you can find Dr. Jim on the golf course or spending time with his wife and daughter.

Dogtor Reggie is one of our most decorated providers at Ramar Chiropractic and Rehab. When he's not greeting and comforting patients, he's usually seeking out scratches, or a partner for a game of fetch!
Reggie is a golden-doodle which is a hypoallergenic breed. This means that he will rarely, if ever, cause any allergies for anyone in our clinic. He is also a level 1 therapy dog and has completed advanced training in therapy dog assessment standards, environmental cueing and stress prevention actions.
